go kart

is midway going to be having go karts this year since they race saturday nights?

I have a buddy of mine who races at Midway(or his kids do) and he told me karts will run on Fridays. No idea if that is every week. John

Yea it is a nice track--we have only been there a few times --they had a $$ race several years ago that was well attended--track has changed hands since---seems like they don't draw a lot of karts for whatever reason. I would not be opposed to going. John

yes it'd be nice if they went every other weekend then butterfield. I think if they had a money race they could bring in the karts.

We are going to race every other Friday night, I am going to make every effort to avoid conflict with other Kart track dates so our racers can go to other tracks. We don't have a schedule as yet, Jack and I are working on it. We will run Youth Trophy classes, as well as Adult classes with a pay back purse. I plan on having a (non points) money race for adults in the latter part of the season, along with something special for the youth classes. We will also schedule our regular non points exhibition race on Saturday night along with the Stock cars Fall Brawl. what kind of karts yall racin?

i believe they'll run any kart you bring, flat kart and wing karts..

I hope a rule book and schedule comes out soon.

there is also a track in butterfield, south of monett called twister alley raceway.

Has anything been put in stone yet for Kart racing?

i believe twister alley is, not sure on any other track. Where do you plan on racing?

i want to race at midway since its closer. really dont want to travel 2 1/2 hrs to race on a regular basis

understandable, I don't think midway has any rules out yet.
