Joplin Area?

Been working in Oklahoma, saw a a dirt late model headed west bound on I-44, so what tracks run in this area on Friday nights? How you get there? What do they run? I'll be on this job site til, November. So all & any info will be considered.

If the car you seen looked anything like my avatar, it was headed to Mid America Speedway in South Coffeyville OK. I don't think they race every Friday night . Last week they ran Saturday night.

This car was red #20, GRT is the only other thing I caught.

Joplin had a super nice track.... What happened? Not a dirt fan, but the Sprint's kicked it there! Now, It's not worth the long drive to see the WoO's, wherever they stop locally at now. In the heart of "Dirt Track Country"...

There is a track is south coffeyville,ok called mid America speedway they race Friday nights on Saturdays I highly recommend Salina Highbanks speedway Salina, ok specially next weekend they will have usmts modifieds and ocrs sprints on Saturday night highbanked and high speed with great facilities. Also there is caney valley speedway or monett speedway on Sunday's all in decent distance from joplin.
