I have watched her turn 3 cars this year going down the frontstrech..Grant, Kenny, this last episode was his second, and Baltzell. So I doubt this was due to a poor set up.....I have also watched her jump about every restart and try to pass cars on the apron before the green.....Wake up and watch the same race as the rest of us.....however it's obvious what's not going to happen. In the words of NASCAR, have at it boys!, Hope you have deep pockets...

Yep your right and she will continue to drive and turn anyone she wants because they are letting Get get by with it

They need to go to outlaw bodies since they want to allow all this contact.. It makes no sense to run a 3000.00 body when you can't keep it on, heck after a week it wouldn't fit the template. Jackstand.....you need to take a look at one of these cars, they are not designed for contact, but to fold up like a cheap suit.....My guess is that will change, My guys are looking for a bumper off a dump truck.

It's not just Chrissy...some of the ones yelling the loudest are part of the problem. They should expect the same black flag treatment. This is not just her driving rough, over one's head, etc., It's a shame it WILL be tolerated.

    R****. Funny one!

BUT, when someone gets critically or even fatally injured, what then?

Hey race buddys I'm not a racer but have been following the never ending saga of crassy wallace. I know that all you drivers see whats happening with her and her sponsers?????? I think that what you guys shoulkd do is at the next race everybody line up for the start and when the green flag flies youall just pull into the pits and let her win!! The sooner she wins the championship the sooner you'll be rid of her .

    O
They will look back and say...76% of people may have been right. When the drivers say it's too rough and want something done, ie..black flag used....and get overruled by the promoter who wants controversy and tore up race cars.....he will eventually lose his fans, cause his drivers will be broke and car court will suck like the other classes there...., well all but one with NASCAR ties...

I'm going to ask you all the same question that I asked Gary already once early in the year. If you know so much about running a racetrack, why didn't you apply for the job? Yall like to run your ****suckers about how ****** every promoter in this area is, and how they do such a terrible job, but yet you don't know **** from apple butter about doing the job. You all need to be thankful for the promoters that you have in this area, because I can tell you first hand, racing is 100times bigger here than it is anywhere else in the state. I'm not saying you can't have an opinion and disagree with people, but EVERY post is a cheap shot at one promoter or another. I can tell you that Craig wants either Kenny or Chirssy to win the ASA National Championship from our track to bring a National Spotlight to the speedway, just like any GOOD promoter should. Leo Morgan is the race director and does a dang good job at it. If you think he is bias towards one car or another you are sadly mistaken. When I ran the track last year, I backed Leo's decisions 100% no matter what, just like I know Craig is doing now and is what you should do as a promoter!!!
I wasn't there last week, I was racing in Poplar Bluff so all I have seen is the video that was posted earlier in the week. Do I agree with Chrissy dumping Kenny last week, NO. Do I agree with Kenny blocking her, NO. But guess what, my opinion doesn't matter to anyone but me and that is what is great about racing. If she thought he was going to come down on her and chop her and decided to stay in the gas, that is her decision. She was black flagged and sent to the rear from what I was told. I do think that some of the races have been rough this year, but if you think this is rough open your eyes at the dirt tracks. ALL drivers need to race each other with RESPECT and race them the way they want to be raced, not only here but everywhere. My dad and grandpa always told me that growing up, and I have tried my best to race everyone clean.
I have grown up at the racetrack and been to as many races there as anyone. I watched Ken Dickinson race my entire life, and used to cheer for him and Spud Mackenzie to beat Larry Phillips every week. Kenny puts his heart and soul into his racecar and works his butt off every week be there each and every Saturday night. He runs up front with less $$ in his equipment than most people out there and gets as much if not more out of his racecar than anyone I have ever seen race. Kenny is also a better points racer than anyone I have ever seen, look at the points each year in August and I promise you not matter what he will be in contention for a championship. Chrissy races hard and does a great job of getting her car to the front each week. She wasn’t handed a golden spoon, contrary to what you may believe, and does the best she can with her equipment. She is very young and hasn’t raced here much at all, for her to have won as many races that she has on the budget she has, she has done a great job this year.
What happened between Chrissy and Kenny is between them, and them alone, not their crews and not their fans. It is great that everyone has an opinion on what happened, and Craig is doing a great job by not trying to hide it and cover it up. Like it or not no one remembers who won the 1979 Daytona 500 as much as they remember Cale punching Bobby Allison’s fist with his nose.
The rest of the season is going to be very exciting at I-44, be thankful for that and enjoy the moment! WE HAVE TWO DRIVERS FIGHTING IT OUT FOR A NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI!!!!! And one of the biggest reasons that they are both in contention is car count and passing points. Enjoy getting to see side by side racing with a little contact once in a while. If you don’t want to see someone get bumped, go to an SCCA race and watch the cars go out one at a time and race the stopwatch. The drivers will race each other cleaner and with more respect, I’m sure they have learned their lesson and I will be willing to bet that Leo and John have a come to Jesus meeting with them to help them realize it. Everyone needs to quit fighting about this whole deal and go to the races for what we all go there for, to HAVE FUN.

I never claimed to know about running a track, I do, however, call em as I see em...and I've been around racing 20 years longer than you. You have stated the obvious....the track wants Crissy to win!! As far as backing Leo's decision, that's BS....when Sloan got black flagged this year, Leo said it was meant for him to have no points or money for the night, he was overruled and Sloan got his finish and money.......So there you have it folks
  11. hotrodder Member

Better yet, save you money, watch from the hill, I doubt many fans will return to watch one LM circle the track for the next six weeks, and maybe they will notice they have 16 other racers there.

Good one Jeremy...Love the sense of humor on this deal......:)

Reread the post, he said Craig would back Leo's decisions as he had...and yes, sloan did get black flagged early in the year.....get your facts straight!!
  14. loh15x Member

Well that's about 47 years to long then. He said nothing about backing Leo this year, as he isn't the promotor. Leo didn't even black flag Mike Sloan, it was Jeff and it was ment as a consultation and since 4 cars finished Sloan ended up 5th. He also said that the track wants Kenny or Chrissy to win the national championship becuse that would be a benifit to the track and the driver. Also before you go calling people out and and trying to make people look bad, you might wanna have your facts straight.
  15. hotrodder Member

Know what Leo said his intentions were, it wasn't, consultation.....
  16. loh15x Member

Leo didn't do it was jeff. Yea I added to my post because it wouldn't post. Excuse me for my mistake.
  17. hotrodder Member

Sorry, I believe what Leo told us..
  18. loh15x Member

I flagged the races sat nite because Leo asked me to help because Shelton could not be there. The first incident that happened was Wallace and Dickinson getting together off of turn 4. I went down and talked to Leo during the caution and told him that I thought that I knew what happened but was not totally for sure. After the races I was told that what I thought happened was correct but of course then it was too late, besides that it was not intentional and you will never convince me that it was. The incident with Slone and Holt started before the restart, Slone was into Holt before I ever threw the green flag, so Idid not start the race. When the race resumed, Slone did spin out Holt in turn 4 and I, let me repeat, I, black flagged him. The black flag, also known as a consultation flag, does not mean automatic disqualification. Slone had the opportunity to talk to Leo or Simon, the pit steward, under the caution period. I specifically told Simon on the radio to let Slone know that he could resume, however, that does mean for Simon to go to his pit and tell him that. As far as I'm concerned, he was not disqualified. However, I will say that since he did flip me off, to his own admission, that he should be fined his race winnings. Thanks for understanding the view of an official that has raced, and pitted for many years.

That was Jeff's post from the June 25th thread. So quit hiding behind your screen name or be done with this topic.

Just going. by what Leo told us, he was ****** he got his position and money, and was in fact obviously over ruled. Apparently not everyone was on the same page as what should have been done.
